We have a 3 star ‘excellent’ rating following an audit commission inspection, which has given us a multi million pound investment programme to invest in our housing stock.

Due to the pending maternity leave of the Customer Involvement Manager, a development opportunity has arisen for the above post to manage the Customer Involvement Team and lead the Customer Involvement Strategy implementation.
Reporting to the Director of Quality, this post requires strong leadership skills and high calibre communication/interpersonal skills.
