We are currently seeking a Customer Information Manager to lead, motivate and develop the recently restructured Customer Information Service, which includes Customer Services Tourist Information Services and Planning Reception.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that high quality front facing services are delivered to our residents and visitors to our area consistently within the principles of continuous improvement and best practice.
You should have strong leadership skills, an ability to act on your own initiative and demonstrate a strong commitment to service delivery and customer care.
Proven experience of working in a front line environment and be able to demonstrate a ‘customer first’ approach is essential. You will be committed, enthusiastic, well motivated, customer focused with experience of managing people. A working knowledge of Local Authority Business and Tourism would also be an advantage.
