COUNCIL TAX OFFICER £23,412 – £27,547
We need someone to deal with all aspects of the billing and collection
of Council Tax. This includes maintaining computerised records,
assisting at Magistrates Court and dealing with routine
correspondence and customer enquiries, both over the telephone and
in person. You will need sound working knowledge of Council Tax
regulations gained by recent experience in a Council Tax environment.
This role is 36 hours, but part time hours may be considered for the right candidate. Please note your preference on the application form.
You will need to be a good communicator,possess excellent organisational skills, be able to cope well when working under pressure and be committed to providing a high level of customer care.
