Duties
· To carry out inspections for Council Tax & Business Rate
· To obtain information to maintain Council Tax & Business rate records.
· Liaise with developers/builders to identify new buildings and changes to properties that affect Council Tax & Business Rate.
You should be able to demonstrate:
· Good knowledge of Council Tax legislation
· Effective communication skills on the telephone but particularly face to face
· Capable of working alone and be self motivated
· Highly organised and flexible approach to your work
· To be able to drive, have access to a car for visits, hold a valid driving license. Reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled candidates
Interviews will take place on Friday 8th October 2010.
