You will be responsible for the day-to-day catering arrangements at the school and will oversee the regeneration of food to produce meals.
Some supervisory experience is required as is a sound knowledge of catering practices.
You must be prepared to work towards Basic Food Hygiene examination if you do not already hold the certificate for which full training will be given.
