Trafford Education Services are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person who is keen to progress in their catering career. The successful applicant will be required to assist the supervisor in the preparation and service of meals for approximately 160 children per day. You will be expected to learn all aspects of the supervisors post including all associated bookwork to enable you to deputise in the absence of the supervisor. The relevant grade and pay will be paid during such periods. Catering experience and qualifications (NVQ Level 2 and Basic Food Hygiene Certificate) are preferred but not essential as any relevant training will be given.
