A vacancy has arisen for a cook within the Integrated Disabled Children’s Service based at the Light House. The Light House offers short term breaks to children with a range of disabilities and dietary requirements.
You will be required to cook for up to ten children and eight staff plus specialist meals for the nursery, serving up nutritious, wholesome food. Previous experience is necessary and an appropriate qualification is desirable.
You should have knowledge of health and safety issues and food hygiene.
The hours of work will be on a rota basis but will involve working every other weekend and up to 6 pm at night.
