North East Lincolnshire Council has entered into an innovative and exciting strategic partnership with Balfour Beatty Workplace to deliver its physical regeneration, property, professional and technical services over the next 10 years. This is a flagship partnership which is unique to the Authority.

Playing a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery of this contract you will provide a professional and effective performance management service. Along with being expected to challenge performance you will as a specialist in this area, be expected to develop and recommend service improvement in service delivery.

As a critical member of the client function you will monitor and challenge the performance of the partner to ensure contract compliance and continuous improvement in service delivery.

In additional you will undertake strategy and policy reviews and high level strategic analysis of National, Regional and Local policy, statistical and performance information. This will be key to informing and shaping the Council’s strategic direction.

We are looking for individuals with a strong commercial and performance management background with experience of strategy development. In addition we would look for individuals who have experience of partnership working particularly with the private sector.
