Are you an experienced Gas Contract Manager with a building services background?

We’re looking for an experienced Gas Contract Manager to oversee the maintenance of circa 55,000 properties across the Borough.
Your role will be to maintain financial control and achieve value for money for all gas and heating maintenance contracts, contributing to our vision: to build a fairer place to live, where our tenants have homes that are warm, dry and safe, and where we care for the old and vulnerable.

Leading a technical team, you will develop credibility amongst senior staff, managing the relationships with contractors to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.

This role is pivotal to providing strategic direction to investment priorities, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and good practice.
