Children and Family Services are seeking to appoint a Consultation and Evaluation Officer. The post holder will work within the Management Information Team and will be responsible for:-
· Coordinating and undertaking consultation activities across NE Lincolnshire that will enable the successful submission of statutory reporting around Childcare Sufficiency. This involves consulting with parents, early years and childcare providers, employers, children and young people regarding their early education and childcare needs, views and preferences.
· Capturing consultation results and assessing the impact of Children’s Centres and Early Years programs in North East Lincolnshire.
· Ensuring the effective flow of information among program staff and serve as the primary liaison between the Children’s Centres and Early Years Department.
The successful applicant will need excellent ICT, numeracy, consultation and report writing skills, the ability to interpret, analyse and present statistical data, finely-tuned interpersonal and communication skills and experience of designing and analysing questionnaires.
Interviews will be held on Wednesday 14th April 2010.
