This role will play a key part in that. You’ll be working directly with young people who have complex needs and will be using multi-agency approaches to ensure their individual needs are met. Experience of working and engaging effectively with young people will be essential, as well as the ability to build strong links with our partners. You’ll also have a recognised JNC Professional qualification and experience of providing staff supervision.
