Inclusion – Team 4, Community Support Worker – Day Opportunities

Permanent, part time (28 hrs per week), Scale 2, Salary £ 14,733– £15,444 pro rata

We are looking for highly motivated individuals, with a real understanding of, and commitment to personalised support for adults with learning disabilities.

Enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive attitude are essential qualities as you will be working across Rutland in varied settings.

You will support individuals to access and participate in a range of opportunities within the local community including work, leisure and education in line with Person Centred Plans.

You will be required to support people with a range of day to day activities, practical tasks and provide personal care support.

Occasional evening and weekend working may be required.

The nature of this post will involve elements of physical work including moving and handling and working in an outdoor environment.

You must hold a full driving licence in order to drive the service vehicles.

The successful applicant for this post will be subject to a check by the Criminal Records Bureau.
