We are seeking an innovative and inspirational manager to lead and develop Medway’s Community Safety Partnership. Responsible for the Partnership Office you will lead on strategic management, policy development and effective delivery. This role is all about delivering excellent services to the community and is high profile attracting considerable attention from the public, senior management and elected members
To be successful you will have a good working knowledge of Community Safety, national legislation and proven skills in partnership working. Good communication skills are a pre-requisite, along with an ability to solve challenging situations and manage change in a fast moving environment.
With your impressive record of delivering high quality services, you will thrive on the many challenges that the role has to offer.
