Can you help Redbridge Libraries attract new users, retain existing customers and provide
excellent customer service?

This is an exciting time to be a member of the team at Redbridge Libraries, with Library
refurbishments and new services being offered. We’re looking for people who can help us to deliver our library improvement plan, embrace and lead change and present new ideas, whilst still retaining books and reading at the heart of our service.

We’re currently looking for a highly motivated person to join us as a Community Librarian. You will need to be a well-organised individual with excellent and effective communication skills. In this role you’ll be a member of the Adult or Children’s Development Team. You’ll play a part in managing the Borough’s library stock, plan and lead reader development initiatives and be an advocate for libraries and reading across the Borough, sharing your enthusiasm and experience.
