We are looking for enthusiastic and committed people to join the Council’s Waste Management team, helping to keep the district clean. You will be able to cope with the physical, and at times pressurised nature of the job, with the ability to work on your own initiative and within a team, You will take pride in your work, enjoy working early mornings and be able to work on a flexible basis.

Cleansing Operatives £13,189 – £13,874 p.a.
Bideford
You will be responsible for the cleaning and security of the public toilets, emptying litter and dog bins, hand sweeping and assisting with cleansing, refuse and recycling within the Torridge District Area. You will work 37 hours per week, plus regular weekend work of up to 16 hours per fortnight. A driving licence is essential.
