Sure Start Children’s Centres are a fundamental part of the Government’s drive to improve the lives of children and families. They’re based on the concept that providing integrated education, care, family support, and health services facilitates the best outcomes for children and their parents.
As one of three Implementation Managers, you will help to deliver the Children’s Centre strategy working closely with schools, communities, and partner organisations. You will disseminate good practice, and provide guidance to staff within the centre, and ensure that services reflect local needs.
Resilient and articulate, you will have experience of managing staff within the public, voluntary, private, education, childcare, or health sector supported by a degree or professional qualification or equivalent. You’ll also be strong on change management, negotiation, influencing, and ICT.
