To provide leadership for our 2 Children’s Centres and extended services within the Federation
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a minimum or working towards a QCA recognised Early Years Childcare/Teaching Assistant/QTA Level 3;
• Qualification to degree level/Cert Ed in Education, Health or Social Care; or the National Professional Qualification in Integrated Centre Leadership or holder of NPQH;
• Has proven leadership management and operational skills and can demonstrate effective change management;
• Can lead, motivate and develop our children’s centres and extended services;
• Can ensure an integrated service of care, education and family services is delivered to our local community.
