About the job
You’ll join a team who provide a high quality staff development programme and support for childminders and out of school settings, developing inclusive practices and providing high quality provision for all children. You’ll join an already effective and dynamic Childcare and Early Years Service and have enthusiasm and passion for providing inclusive experiences.
About the person
As a successful practitioner with experience of providing effective inclusive provision, you’ll have worked with and made a difference to the early years experiences of young children with additional needs. You’ll be able to engage effectively with providers to support the development of the highest quality experiences and environments for young children and have a positive approach to everyday challenges.
