North East Lincolnshire Council Early Years Department is seeking to recruit a Childcare Workforce Development Officer to support the sector in relation to workforce development. The post holder will be required to work closely with childcare practitioners and a range of agencies to ensure needs are met in relation to training and development opportunities. They will also be involved in developing and delivering training courses for the department and working with childcare settings to raise quality. The successful applicant will need to be qualified to level 3 in Early Years and have previous experience of working in the sector in an advisory or training capacity. A training qualification would be desirable.
