To provide outstanding integrated early years and childcare services working in partnership with the Children’s Centre Manager to lead on the delivery of our Elm Wood Children’s Centre childcare element of the ‘core offer’
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent;
• Has a minimum of 3 years experience of working with children under 5 and their families in an inner city, multi-racial context developing an inclusive curriculum;
• Can be responsible for effective change management;
• Can lead, motivate and develop our children’s centre team through transition;
• Can ensure an integrated service education and childcare is delivered to our local community.
