As the Council has a normal retirement age of 65, the maximum age for recruiting new employees will usually be 64 1/2.
The Old Town Hall is a busy Conference, Events and Banqueting Centre in the heart of Stratford.
o To Manage the Kitchen and the Catering Team of the Old Town Hall Stratford and to ensure a consistently high standard of food quality, customer care, efficiency of service and Health and Safety are always delivered.
o To deliver and develop both fair trade and local food menus, whilst improving and expanding the OTHS offer to its clients.
o To be responsible for the entire catering offer of the Old Town Hall both internally and externally, striving for sustainability and achieving its income targets.
The Hours of work will be between 7am and Midnight Monday-Sunday, as suits the needs and requirements of the service, however our core opening times are 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. Therefore the majority of your shifts will be between the core hours.
