As a member of Waltham Forest Catering, you will be providing a catering service to various establishments within the Borough, including schools and welfare kitchens. You will be carrying out basic catering duties including preparing and serving healthy food, washing up and cleaning the kitchen. The positions are on a casual basis and the hours are varied. If you are successful you will be placed on a register and called when needed for work.
You must have previous Catering experience. You should be willing to provide an excellent service to our customers and prepared to work flexibly as part of a team. You should be clean and tidy in your appearance, and have the ability to learn and achieve excellent hygiene and health & safety standards. Full training, uniform and lunch whilst on duty are provided. You must be prepared to travel around the Borough to work at different sites.
