Housing Services Department Property Maintenance Unit Carpenter Based in Newhaven £18,234 – £20,321 a year for 39 hours a week We have a vacancy for a carpenter to work as part of a small in-house team, providing a quality, customer focused repair and improvement service for our tenants. You will be working in our tenants’ homes and also repairing empty properties for re-letting. You will need to have experience of undertaking a range of carpentry and associated repairs, preferably with a served apprenticeship. A recognised carpentry qualification would also be desirable, as would multi-skilling. You will need to hold a driving licence as a van is provided for work.
