Ladesfield Registered Care Centre offers permanent, respite and day care for older people who experience general frailty and who may have a diagnosis of dementia. We are looking to appoint care staff who can demonstrate the knowledge & skills required to care for older people. Applicants must have good communication skills and be able to interact positively & sensitively with service users. You will be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to maintain accurate records.

Applicants should have an NVQ2 in Health and Social Care. A full induction and relevant training will be provided.

All rotas will be over a seven day working week which will include, night shifts, weekends and bank holidays.
