Ashford Adult Services are looking to recruit a full-time temporary Care Manager (cover for maternity leave) to work in a Community team but with an emphasis on working with clients in residential and nursing care settings.
You will be responsible for promoting good practice and person centred support planning. You should be able to manage and prioritise your own work and work proactively with other professionals, clients and relatives. Good interpersonal skills, computer literacy and case recording skills are required. Induction and a constructive supervision will be provided. The post requires the ability to travel within and on occassions outside of Kent.
A qualification relevant to Care Management is essential (DipSW or equivalent, OT or RN Level 1).
