An opportunity has arisen to become a Carbon Development Officer tasked with improving Nottingham’s resilience to fossil fuel depletion and climate change, and identifying opportunities for securing investment to support this agenda.
Candidates should have sound knowledge of climate change policy, and proven experience in project management. They should have a good understanding of the range of measures local authorities can take to reduce their carbon footprint and adapt to a changing climate, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences, including senior managers and decision makers.
