In this post you will be the co-ordinator of Common Assessment Framework (CAF) for Tunbridge Wells and Cranbrook & Paddock Local Children’s Services Partnerships reporting to the Local Children’s Services Partnership Manager.

Your role will be to develop, support and manage CAF co-ordination providing specialist support and advice and to maintain regular and effective communication with practitioners, managers and partners across KCC Directorates and Kent Children’s Trust partner agencies.

We are seeking someone with the skills and experience to manage, deliver and provide effective co-ordination of CAF processes. The CAF co-ordinator will organise multi agency Single Point of Access meetings (SPA) and provide reports to enable the CAF / Lead Professional / ContactPoint Project Board to determine priorities, monitor implementation and ensure outcomes are delivered in line with specification and in accordance with Kent Children’s Trust’s underlying policies and strategies.
You will be required to develop, implement and monitor agreed co-ordination plans and communication plans, and to ensure the CAF process is managed cost-effectively for delivery within specified budgets, timescales and standards.

You will have excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability and determination to work collaboratively in building relationships across organisational and professional boundaries as well as being able to think creatively and strategically.
