Broxbourne Services, the Council’s in-house contractor, provides a range of front line services such as, refuse and recycling collections, street cleansing, grounds maintenance and highway works. We are currently looking for talented individuals to undertake the following roles:
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, conscientious support officer to co-ordinate a range of operational and back office functions and undertake a variety of projects.
Duties will include:
- Compilation of a range of communication initiatives, including newsletters, press releases and update of website content
- Development and maintenance of monitoring systems which capture service performance data
- Project work to identify smarter working methods and technologies to improve service efficiency and outputs.
Applications are welcome from candidates who have completed a degree in a relevant discipline who can apply attention to detail to produce high quality, accurate work. Applicants should also possess well developed research, written, verbal communication and IT skills and be proficient in scanning a range of diverse information sources and critically reviewing these to make sound judgements.
