The Business Improvement & Performance Team is looking to appoint an enthusiastic BI & Performance Officer to join their dedicated and friendly team.
Key responsibilities include collating, maintaining and analysing national, corporate and local performance data, supporting the maintenance of the authorities corporate and operational risk registers and co-ordinating the use of Covalent, the authority’s performance management system. In addition the role will be required to develop and support a number of activities at a corporate level such as the customer feedback process and TNT postal process. Involvement with existing and planned projects will be a pre-requisite and candidates will be expected to lead on some project activities as and when required.
You should be adaptable and have an analytical mind, excellent organisational skills with a good working knowledge of some commonly used IT systems within the authority such as Covalent and Ocella. You should ideally be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with data and people at all levels, preferably with some involvement in service reviews and/or data analysis.
