Contract: 2 posts – (1 x Full-time, Permanent Contract/1 x Temporary Contract for 1 Year)
As a Business Analyst in a busy IT department you will undertake specific assignments to assist service users to analyse their business requirements for ICT services relating in particular to work streams associated with the ‘Council a City Deserves’ service transformation program.
Your analysis skills will include modelling business and information processes, analysing, communicating and drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems and gathering and documenting requirements and acceptance criteria.
You will have substantial experience of working in an ICT environment and experience of feasibility studies and project briefs/compiling business cases.
