This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual with strong IT and analytical skills, and knowledge of housing services in particular Rent Accounting and Arrears Recovery and/or Homelessness and Allocations.

We are looking for someone who shares our goal of providing the highest standards of service to all our customers both internal and external. The successful candidate will be self motivated, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact with a range of customers to create effective working relationships.
As part of a team, you will be responsible for managing the either the Rents or Needs module of the Housing Management Database (Northgate OHMS). You will be responsible for dealing with a variety of calls and service requests. You will work closely with customers and contribute towards delivering on service level agreements. You will be enthusiastic and have innovative ideas to help improve services.
