BurySafe Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership (CDRP) are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven record of delivering change in challenging environments.

You will be a manager working in a busy multi agency environment responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory duties, managing a developing community consultation/engagement framework and responsible for performance management.
The salary is currently £27,573 – £29,714 per annum and hours of work will be 37 per week worked in accordance with the Authority’s flexi time arrangements.
- It is proposed that a new pay structure will be introduced on 1st September 2009 that will replace the current pay arrangements. The proposed grade for this post under the new structure is Grade 11 with a proposed salary of £27,573 to £29,714.
If you are successful you will be appointed within the current salary range but it is proposed that your salary will change to the new grade when the new pay structure is implemented on 1st September 2009.
