This role will involve undertaking planned and reactive maintenance for the corporate property portfolio involving both one off repairs and minor works projects.
The post is within a small team that manages the routine repairs and planned maintenance of the Council’s corporate property and requires surveyors who are ‘Hands On’, able to work with minimum supervision and are responsible for a variety of work.
