Building Schools for the Future (BSF) is the largest capital investment in schools in the last 50 years. Every secondary school in the Bradford District is being re-built, refurbished or re-modelled through PFI investment. BSF is about educational transformation, creating inspiring spaces and 21st century assets for the whole community. As contract manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the contractual outputs, including the effective delivery of services under the PFI contract.
In addition you will need to reconcile the payment of large value complex invoices, collate complex performance data and work closely with schools and other key stakeholders to ensure that contractual obligations are being met and that a range of operational issues are dealt with and resolved promptly. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract management, financial and performance management and complex partnership working together with the ability to build relationships with and work effectively with key stakeholders.
