The Housing Property and Investment Team are seeking a Building Maintenance Surveyor to be an important member of a highly skilled and delivery-focused team. Responsible for supporting the Asset Manager in providing a high quality building surveying and asset management service, you will undertake a range of surveys, including carrying out condition, measured and other surveys as required, and providing clear costed programme reports on the findings.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing refurbishment projects from inception through to completion, and be able to work in a positive manner with all our partners.
This is a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of relevant parts of the asset management strategy at the detailed level, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and focused member of staff who is keen to accept new challenges and be part of a team determined to deliver ongoing improvements in the services we offer.
