We are looking to recruit some Brokerage Officers to join our dedicated team.
The Brokerage Officers will be required to work as a member of an established team , you will be working with providers , assessment and care management, service users, carers, to arrange quality domiciliary care packages, residential and nursing placements, support services for people with a learning disability and other services for adults.
The ability to work within a constantly changing and very busy and demanding environment is essential.
