This challenging and rewarding role is all about ensuring high standards are met, both from our contractors and from you.
As our Broker you will be responsible for managing and reviewing our contracts, ensuring that appropriate services are in place to meet the needs of our Service Users, at a benchmarked and fair cost.
Educated to A level standard or with equivalent work experience you will have the ability to keep abreast of new and relevant legislation. An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing you will also have good numeracy and IT skills, if you have relevant experience of working within a social care or a business background then even better.
An enhanced CRB disclosure will be required.
