Can you help Redbridge Libraries attract new users, retain existing customers and provide excellent customer service?

This is an exciting time to be a member of the team at Redbridge Libraries, with Library refurbishments and new services being offered. We’re looking for people who can help us to deliver our library improvement plan, embrace and lead change and present new ideas, whilst still retaining books and reading at the heart of our service.

We’re looking for highly motivated and organised people to join us as Branch Managers.

You must have excellent communication skills and be able to lead and manage a team of Library Assistants in one of the Borough’s Libraries. You’ll be responsible for all site management and day-to-day operations in your branch. You must also ensure excellent customer service delivery at all times, including working at all service points in your Branch. You’ll need an eye for detail to improve standards and the presentation of our libraries and be able to motivate and lead your team.
