Are you a highly efficient and organised person with experience of managing a Team? If you are, Harrogate International Centre can offer you an exciting opportunity to be part of a Team that delivers an excellent and enjoyable customer experience.

Having a professional and welcoming approach you have responsibility for providing Harrogate International Centre’s Box Office service, dealing with enquiries and ticket sales for the Centre’s events, maintaining accurate records of all ticket income, including reconciliation, and producing statistical information. Often the first point of contact with our customers, you will be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service skills.

You will have outstanding communication skills, excellent knowledge of Word and Excel and have the ability to lead a Team in an often-demanding environment. Experience of ticketing management and online sales would be an advantage. Working 22 hours per week, over 3 days (including Saturdays and evenings) plus additional cover, on a rota basis, – flexibility is essential.
