Role Summary
Providing administrative support to a busy Bid Management Team

Duties & Responsibilities
The Bid Support Administrators are responsible for the formatting, production and despatch of all responses to invitation to tender and pre-qualification questionnaire within the Public Services Division of Northgate.
The role involves formatting client documents into Northgate style templates, copying responses into the templates and doing final formatting and spellchecking before printing. Once printed all documents need to be collated and quality checked prior to despatch.
Electronic submissions are submitted via client portals.

Required Knowledge and Experience
Substantial experience of typing and formatting complex documents.
General office experience.
Typing speeds of 60-70 words per minute.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.

Desired Knowledge and Experience
Previous Bid Support experience

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the EU. Documentary evidence will be requested at interview
