BENEFITS SUPPORT OFFICER

Salary:Salary range from £18,843 to £20,694 depending on experience 

Hours:37 hours 

Working pattern:Flexible Hours, Full Time, Permanent position 

Location:Based in Addlestone, Surrey

You will be working with both the Benefits and Fraud Investigation Team undertaking initial enquiries and preparing documents for court. Therefore experience of working in an office and dealing with customers face to face are essential for this post. This role will also involve visiting customers in their home so therefore a flexible, confident and polite approach is vital.

You will need to have excellent Communication skills with the ability to prioritise your workload effectively. You will have good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and also have had experience liaising with official bodies in a work capacity. Knowledge of benefit and investigation skills would be an advantage.
