Working as part of a small, flexible team you will process Housing and Council Tax Benefit claims to Verification Framework standards, update and maintain computerised systems and deal with customer queries in person, over the telephone and in writing.
You will have GCSE Maths and English or equivalent, clerical experience and experience of dealing with members of the public, using Microsoft Office and working to tight deadlines.
Highly organised and able to demonstrate customer focus you will have excellent communication skills and be confident and diplomatic. Although relevant qualifications, experience and knowledge of housing and council tax benefits are desirable, full training will be provided to the successful applicants.
