You will be required to work 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday, 7½ hours per day. Job share applications will be considered.Working as part of a team and individually at the Centenary Market Complex your duties will include cleaning of the public; staff and traders toilets, cleaning of the Markets and Guardian Centre Offices, litter picking, emptying of litter bins and daily general cleaning duties within the markets complex ensuring that a high standard of cleanliness is achieved at all times. Experience of working within a cleaning environment is essential. There will be the necessity to work additional hours for holiday and sickness cover, an enhanced rate of pay will be paid if weekend working is required.

Effective from 1/4/2011 for 1 year there is a 1.15% temporary reduction from the advertised substantive salary as quoted and a temporary postponement of any annual increments.
