Children’s Disability Resources provides a range of services to children and young people aged 0 – 18 years, which includes Residential for Looked After Children and Short Breaks, also paid workers providing Domiciliary care both in the local community supporting them into activities, or at home providing sitting service, we also recruit volunteer Befrienders.
This is a new post having restructured the service, due to our expansion and development of the service we are looking to recruit people that could rise to the challenge of this demanding role but very rewarding role.
If you have:- Good leadership skills, ability to manage a small dedicated staff team * relevant experience in child care, * the ability to demonstrate a positive approach to the needs of disabled children * good communication skills, both verbally and written * enthusiasm and drive for this sometimes challenging work and can ensure that children and their families will always be at the centre of everything you do;
