We are looking for a highly skilled manager to complete our Joint Management Board in providing social care services for adults in east Surrey, delivered in integration with community health services.
Reporting to the service director, you will have proven skills in the strategic management of services and successful experience of leading performance enhancement and service change in a health or social care setting. You will also have a professional qualification in health or social care.
Among your key responsibilities will be the leadership of the Integrated Community Nightcare service and the HIV service. You will also have a major role in the overall management of the joint service.
An enhanced CRB disclosure and Adults Barred List check will be required for this role.
