Assistant Property Surveyor
Salary Range: £ 23,061 to £ 25,368
Essential car user allowance £2,746 or lease car
Based in Crowborough
To assist with the management, maintenance and improvement of the General fund and other non-Housing properties. Duties will include carrying out inspections of a variety of buildings and structures and assisting with putting together a condition survey database with recommendations for future maintenance and improvement programmes.
You must have an HNC in Building./Building Management or equivalent. Together with experience in all aspects of pre and post contract property maintenance works. A general knowledge of building services will also be essential. Good communication skills and the ability to deal efficiently and effectively with members of the public will be necessary.
