Due to the retirement of the current post holders, we are looking to appoint two outstanding leaders to join the Leadership Team of this successful, dynamic and over-subscribed school.

You will already be a middle or senior leader and ready to take on the challenge of a more senior leadership role in a larger school. Exact job descriptions will be agreed with the successful candidates however the focus for the posts will be to support:

• Pupil Achievement and Wellbeing; or

• Teaching, Learning and Professional Development

Both posts will have curriculum and line management responsibility. You will also take on other leadership roles and whole school responsibilities that will be negotiated with you.

Our state of the art contemporary building is designed to maximise pupil achievement through the creation of a stimulating, attractive and welcoming environment. Cumberland School is in the heart of London’s East End with inspirational, multicultural and diverse pupils. Making a difference to pupils’ life chances is what Cumberland is about.
