Doubleday Lodge offers permanent and respite care to older people. You should hold an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or a willingness to undertake this training. You will be part of an established team providing a complete range balanced nutritious meals for individuals requiring permanent or respite care.

You will assist the Cook in preparing and delivering meals to a high standard meeting the choices and needs of individuals requiring specialist diets.

You will be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to maintain accurate records and standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Relevant training including an induction will be provided where required.

We have a vacancy for 19.5 hours per week.
This post will include weekends and bank holidays where enhancements are paid.
