AREA SUPERVISOR – GREEN SPACE AND STREET SCENE
SCALE: E5 £19,126 – £20,858 (Subject to job evaluation)

An opportunity has arisen to join the dedicated and dynamic Green Space and Street Scene management team making a positive difference to the quality of life of our local communities.

Committed to improving the outdoor services? if so we are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified team player to assist in our goal of providing ever improving services.

You will have supervisory/ management experience and sound knowledge of parks, open space and street cleansing operations.

A good standard of general education is required along with the willingness to study for further qualifications in all aspects of service delivery.

Ability to work outside of normal working hours, during evenings and weekends is required and a full driving licence is essential.

The closing date for applications is 3 September 2010 and interviews will take place week commencing 20 September 2010.
