Way to Work is the the apprenticeship scheme operated by the London Borough of Richmond. We provide high quality apprenticeship job opportunities and a specialist recruitment service for young people within the Richmond ‘travel to work’ area.
Operating as part of the Integrated Youth Services team, Way to Work engage with both public and private sector employers to offer young people aged 16 + apprenticeship opportunities in business administration, customer service, and I.T service areas. Placements are sometimes available within London Borough of Richmond departments.
